The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide care and support for pupils in the residential setting, including daily routines, social interaction, and emotional wellbeing.

  • Work closely with educational and residential staff to create a positive, supportive atmosphere that complements the school’s ethos.

  • Encourage independence and positive behaviour, helping pupils develop essential life and social skills.

  • Maintain a safe, structured, and caring environment at all times.
