Key Responsibilities as an SEN Teacher:

SEN Teacher Skills & Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS – ECTs are welcome to apply!
Experience working with SEN learners and managing EHCPs.
Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and classroom adaptations.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students with diverse needs.
A creative, adaptable approach to lesson planning and delivery.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to the rural location of some schools in Norfolk).
