L3 SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Near Attleborough, Norwich, NR16 2NZ Actual annual salary: £13.90 - £15.50/hr dependant on previous experience Contract: Temp - Perm Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time only (Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm, 5pm on Thursday with the extra half hour taken off on another day) Start date: Feb 2026 Join our partner school near Attleborough, Norwich, as a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting children aged 6 to 11 with communication and interaction difficulties, specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, autism, or anxiety-related barriers to learning. You’ll work alongside the class teacher and therapy teams to create a nurturing, enabling environment where every child can thrive both socially and academically. With small classes (typically 7 children) and at least 3 staff members per class, you’ll have the time and support to focus on each learner’s individual needs. A full on-site clinical team is available to provide professional guidance and ensure a holistic approach to every child’s development. This outreach role is influenced by the ethos and approaches seen across the Group. These specialist schools support learners aged 11 - 16 with complex SEMH needs and emphasise emotional development, creativity, positive relationships and tailored learning pathways. This includes the nurturing, personalised learning model reflected at our partner Schools in Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.
