Join our partner school in Quidenham, Norwich, as a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting children aged 6 to 11 with communication and interaction difficulties, specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, autism, or anxiety-related barriers to learning. You’ll work alongside the class teacher and therapy teams to create a nurturing, enabling environment where every child can thrive both socially and academically.
With small classes (typically 7 children) and at least 3 staff members per class, you’ll have the time and support to focus on each learner’s individual needs. A full on-site clinical team is available to provide professional guidance and ensure a holistic approach to every child’s development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build caring, supportive relationships with pupils to help them feel safe, confident, and ready to learn
Promote independence, personal development, and high standards of behaviour
