Teaching Assistant - SEND

Are you an experienced SEN TA looking for part time work in and around Cambridge, Cambridgeshire? We are currently looking for part time SEN TAs to work alongside an SEN Teacher with a primary aged year pupils. We are looking for engaging SEN TAs commutable to rural locations near Cambridge, Cambridgeshire who have experience in educating young learners with various needs, including but not limited to Autism, Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and ACEs. SEN TA Responsibilities: Support the planning and delivery of engaging learning to Year 3 learners Ensure safeguarding around young vulnerable learners is at the forefront Making sure our young learners feel safe and secure Provide our learners with the best possible platform for education Support the emotional development of our learners Commutable to rural locations near Cambridge, Cambridgeshire SEN TA Requirements: Experience in supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 learners Recognised De-escalation Training or willingness to obtain Experience working with children who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) Experience working with young learners with undiagnosed needs Due to the location, the successful Outreach Tutor must have access to their own transport Must be available for a minimum of 3-6 hours per day Mon-Fri.
