SEN Support Staff – Cambridgeshire Location: Cambridgeshire Position: SEN Support Staff Hours: Monday – Friday Salary: £12 - £20 p/hr, dependent on experience Contract: Ongoing We are currently looking for several additional SEN Support Staff to support primary-aged learners who are currently out of education or transitioning into a new setting. To support our learners with needs such as Autism, Emotional School-Based Avoidance (ESBA), Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and/or undiagnosed needs, you must have prior experience or a transferrable understanding. We are looking for staff who can work in and around Cambridgeshire who at times will need to have transport due to rural locations. We have a mix of full-time and part-time contracts available throughout Cambridgeshire for the right SEN Support Staff who share our approach to every young person accessing the correct support and education. SEN Teaching Assistant – Cambridgeshire Location: Cambridgeshire Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Hours: Monday – Friday Salary: £15 - £20 p/hr, dependent on experience Contract: Ongoing Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact in Cambridgeshire? Due to the location, the ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will generally need to have access to transport. You will be supporting a teacher in providing a safe environment for a learner with undiagnosed needs. SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities: Provide learning support to those with undiagnosed needs Provide support for pupil’s emotional well-being. Working closely with parents, carers, and other staff ensures the pupil is engaged in learning. Work alongside a Teacher Must be able to commute to Cambridgeshire 1 to 1 SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements: Be committed to striving to ensure every pupil receives a platform for education. Experience in supporting a learner with communication needs. Supporting teaching and learning certificates. Enhanced DBS on the update service or certificate printed within the last 12 months.
